Ballet Floor Barre

Technique & DevelopmentA structured ballet class focused on developing technique, coordination and confidence in a supportive environment.You’ll work through fundamental exercises at the barre and in the centre, improving posture, alignment and musicality while building a deeper understanding of classical technique.Suitable for beginners and those with some previous experience.

Barre Fitness

Jazz Flow

Ballet-Inspired Expression

 

A ballet-informed jazz class focusing on fluidity, musicality and control.

 

Blending the structure of ballet with the freedom of jazz, this class supports expressive movement while maintaining strong technical foundations. Expect simple, flowing combinations designed to build confidence, coordination and ease in movement.

 

Suitable for all levels, including those new to dance.

 

Level: Open Level

Style: Low-impact, Expressive

Stretch & Release

Recovery & Mobility

 

A slow, restorative class designed to improve flexibility, release tension and support recovery.

 

Combining guided stretching with breath and gentle mobility work, this class helps to lengthen muscles, increase range of motion and restore balance to the body.

 

Ideal alongside your regular training or as a standalone class for relaxation and reset.

 

Level: Open Level

Focus: Flexibility, Mobility, Recovery

Style: Low-impact, Restorative
