Refund & Transfer Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our classes.
Class bookings

All class bookings are non-refundable.

Classes may be transferred to another date or time if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible for transfer or refund.
How transfers work

Transfers are subject to availability.

Transferred classes must be rebooked within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 4–6 weeks).

Transfers can only be made once per booking.
Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend, will be classed as a late cancellation / no-show and the class will be forfeited.
Exceptional circumstances
We appreciate that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases (such as illness or unforeseen circumstances), please contact us as soon as possible and we will review on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
