Through thoughtful teaching and mindful movement, we aim to help individuals build long-term relationships with their bodies — grounded in care, consistency and joy.

Meet Director & Practitioner
Joyce Gyimah
Joyce Gyimah is a dance professional with over 20 years’ experience working across the dance sector as a performer, teacher, and consultant. Her career spans performance, education and leadership roles within conservatoires, colleges, community settings and professional organisations.
Joyce has taught Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz dance-based movement to adults and young people at all levels, with a practice grounded in technique, inclusivity and long-term physical wellbeing. Alongside her teaching, she has worked as a consultant supporting arts, cultural and fitness organisations with strategy, programme development and inclusive practice.
Her approach combines classical training with a deep understanding of real bodies, busy lives and sustainable movement. Through her teaching and studio practice, Joyce is committed to making ballet-inspired movement accessible, intelligent and empowering.
